Module Workflow Types

Multi-Touch Modules

Use these modules to determine which phase of the buying cycle a contact is in, and tailor follow-up sales calls accordingly. These modules include a co-branded, personalized and responsively designed landing page.

The messaging is sectioned into the content themes of thought leadership (insight), solutions & benefits, and validation/promotion. Inbound and outbound touch point workflows are also included, along with Elastic Grid tracking of all campaign interactions.

Outbound touch points include emails themed around thought leadership, solutions & benefits, and validation/promotion. Contacts who interact with an email in this sequence are converted into leads. They are then removed from the contact list set up to receive the next email or emails in the sequence.

Inbound touch points include Twitter, LinkedIn and Facebook posts aligned with the thought leadership, solutions & benefits, and validation/promotion content …in each module's emails.

Mini-Site Modules

Use this smaller, more tactical module to focus on one aspect of solution messaging (eg, Thought Leadership based around a White Paper) as part of a nurture program or as a quick, standalone promotion.

These modules include a co-branded, personalized and responsively designed landing page with one main Call To Action(CTA). Inbound and outbound touch point workflows are also included, along with Elastic Grid tracking of all campaign interactions.

Outbound touch points include launch and reminder emails. Contacts who interact with the launch email convert into leads. They are then removed from the contact list set up to receive the reminder email.

Inbound touch points include Twitter, LinkedIn and Facebook posts aligned with the launch and reminder emails.
